Performics is dedicated to our communities. We engage in charitable initiatives and support causes that are important to our team members. Our Community Service Action Committee plans and coordinates internal and external monthly charitable activities including a Back to School Backpack program, Holiday Giving Tree, food and clothing drives and fundraising walks/runs for various causes.
In 2010, we established a partnership with Children's Home + Aid, a Chicago-area organization that helps children and families overcome overwhelming obstacles such as poverty, abuse and neglect.
We also sponsor a One Community Grant Program, allocating funds to not-for-profits as requested by team members. Throughout the years, we have been proud to support and be involved in the following organizations and events:
