OUr History
Performics has a legacy of innovation. Founded in 1998, Performics, then Dynamic Trade, launched its CPA/CPL-based Affiliate Network that focused on Web traffic monetization via direct response vehicles. As we continued to expand our offerings, we launched our paid search (SEM) practice in 2001 and our natural search (SEO) practice in 2003. In 2004, Performics was acquired by DoubleClick, which became part of Google in 2008.
As a result of our contributions to performance marketing and experience with global brands, we have unrivaled partnerships with major platforms. We have unparalleled relationships with Google, Yahoo!, Microsoft, Facebook and other industry leaders. Our emphasis on innovation enables us to provide superior solutions ahead of the digital curve.
Relationship with Publicis & Vivaki
In September 2008, Performics search engine marketing division was acquired by Publicis Groupe and today remains focused on integration. We partner directly with Publicis Groupe’s VivaKi Nerve Center—the world’s largest center for researching and developing digital opportunities. In February 2010, we announced an alliance with Moxie Interactive, a sister Publicis Groupe agency. We continue to create application-driven solutions that customize & integrate platforms for optimal results.
